August 12-16 Ages: 10-15 Adventure Camp is an exploratory camp experience that brings participants around the Kingdom to dabble in outdoor activities. Climbing, Paddling, Swimming, Hiking, Fishing, Biking, and more. No experience or equipment is needed. Game of Logging Levels 1 & 2

Level 1 - Saturday, August 17, Level 2 - Sunday, August 18 Cost: $220 per level Expert instructors from Northeast Woodland Training will teach the fundamentals of safe chainsaw use, precision tree felling, and equipment care. Before the 35th Anniversary Party at the NorthWoods Lodge on Saturday, August 24th, we'll be hosting an optional volunteer hike up Bald Mountain. Join us, alongside the VT Forest Parks & Recreation and the Green Mountain Club on Saturday morning at 10am to help us carry oak boards up Bald Mountain to replace the existing fire tower steps. Level 3- Saturday, September 7, Level 4 - Sunday, September 8 Cost: $220 per level Ready to step up your chainsaw game? Levels 3 and 4 give experienced sawyers the skills to deal with challenging trees and hazardous situations in the woods. Level 3 focuses on trees with heavy lean, compression/tension, and limbing/bucking techniques. Level 4 shows you how to deal with hung-up trees, and may include winching, rope use, harvest pre-planning, or other topics, depending on the group interests.
