All Persons Trail Opening

Join us Saturday February 22 from 11-2 at the NorthWoods Lodge for the official winter opening of our All Persons Trail! Soap Making Workshop

Sunday, February 23, 2025, 1pm-3pm at the NorthWoods Lodge Make bar soap in the same method that’s been used for hundreds of years in this 2 hour workshop. Participants will learn how to make soap in the castile method using either olive oil or tallow. The cost of the workshop not only includes a loaf of bar soap (10-12 bars), but also the knowledge and tools needed to continue making soap on your own. Winter Day Camp

Winter Day Camp February 25 – 27, 2025 Ages: 6-12 Spend your winter break exploring the 1500 acre wood at the NorthWoods Stewardship Center. Whether by skis, snowshoes, or sleds we leave no snowflake unturned through fun activities, challenging games, and the deep explorations in this action packed camp. Early drop off & late pick up available; drop off anytime after 8am, pick up by 4pm. Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. Early drop off & late pick up available Cost: $200   Register Here

Outreach Events and Workshops Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted, 50% refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least a week before workshop start date. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than seven days before the workshop start date. Workshop dates and venues are subject to change. NorthWoods Stewardship Center reserves the right to cancel a program at any time, in which case NorthWoods will notify registrants via email and a full refund will be provided.
