Youth Conservation Corps Crew Members
Position Overview: Crew members (ages 14-18) are hired each year to work on Conservation Corps crews at the location closest to them. They are selected through a competitive application process and supervised by a trained leadership team. Successful candidates receive a bi-weekly wage plus hands-on education and employment experience. Members must be willing to meet the challenges of working outdoors by demonstrating maturity, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
